Exit the M61 at junction 6 and follow the signs for Horwich, pass the Reebok Stadium which is on the left. At the last roundabout, the Beehive Public House is located at this roundabout, turn left, follow the road approximately 1mile until you reach Aldi Supermarket on the left, turn right at these traffic lights onto Winter Hey Lane and right again the next set of traffic lights onto Chorley Old Road, the development is approximately 1/2 mile along this road on the left.
